The aspiration of forming a village table tennis club has existed for many years. Since starting the club in April 2022 our membership has grown and from 28 November 2022, we are moving to the FAS Community Centre, Fornham All Saints, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 6JZ.
The Club is run on a social and on a not-for-profit basis. Members are given the opportunity to learn and improve their ability to play table tennis in a friendly and fun environment. As members improve and progress, we aim to enter into interclub competitions.
Everyone will be welcome whatever their capabilities – beginners will be especially welcome.
Initially membership will be restricted to the village of Fornham All Saints, Hengrave, Flempton and Fornham Genevieve. Depending on numbers and capacity, we aim to grow the membership by including other local areas.
Children between 12 and 16 are more than welcome but must be accompanied initially by a parent/guardian.

The Annual FASST Club Membership is set at £10. This will allow a general fund to grow for the purchase of tables and other equipment for use in the hall. Following the first free session the weekly rate to play will be £5 per person per 2-hour session.
Membership of “Table Tennis England” (www.tabletennisengland.co.uk) is strongly recommended as it provides free £10M third-party insurance for all members and is also free to join if on a “Club Play” basis.
