Computer Club

Welcome to the web page for the Fornham All Saints Computer Club

Our Village has a Computer Club that meets on a weekly basis throughout the year.

It is well established with a thriving membership and thanks to the generosity of the Community Centre, Friends of the Village Hall and our Local Councillor we are well resourced with Broadband facilities as well as Audio and Projector equipment which helps us to provide a professional coaching service to our members.

Our membership is drawn from this village as well as other villages surrounding Bury St Edmunds. Our aim is to provide Training, Help and Support as a Community Initiative in a friendly environment. We work at a pace that will help you to understand and develop your knowledge and confidence when using computers and the internet. We meet every Tuesday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

Many of our members are retired people coming late to computer technology so don't worry about a lack of experience or knowledge.  Our aim is to provide help to all levels of ability and age.

We meet weekly but have different groups for different applications. We have a Windows Basic group suitable for the less experienced computer user. A Windows Advanced group for more interesting applications, IPad and Android Groups for Tablet users. Membership is a fixed price and you are welcome to attend one or all of our sessions.

We also provide remote support to our members, particularly those with Windows Computers. So if you do have a problem at home, you will have someone on hand to give you advice.

So if this is something that you think would be of interest please contact Bernard Grimshaw on 01284 760060 to find out more or email bernard_grimshaw@hotmail.com
